Best Letter T Books for Preschool and Kindergarten Booklist. This alphabet booklist is a part of the series Sprinkled with Stories: Teaching the Alphabet Through Stories. It can be daunting to think about teaching your young ones their letters. Relax 🙂 Kids learn so much through play and stories. There is no need to drill flashcards every day. Although flashcards do have a purpose, especially in play. Simply grab one or two living books from the Letter T Books for Preschool booklist and began to introduce the letters and the sounds during story time and play time. Grab some letter blocks or letter puzzles for play with after story time.

I find the colorful illustrations in this book stunningly beautiful. Nell plants and tends a pecan tree that is enjoyed by her family. This book inspired my kids to want to start planting trees all over the yard.

15. The Busy Tree by Jennifer Ward

This nature book describes the activities of a busy tree from hungry chipmunks to tiny ants, the tree is busy from roots to branches. The illustrations are engaging for young readers and the rhyming text is simple and fun.
