- Topping ideas: coconut flakes, sliced ripe bananas, blueberries, pineapple chunks, hemp seeds, and chia seeds.
- Freeze leftover smoothies in ice cube trays with a popsicle stick for a healthy snack for later. Perfect for a hot summer day.
- Protein powder is a great optional add-in. If adding protein powder, increase your liquid as needed.
